What are The Brush Guys’ hours?
Our will-call hours are 10 AM – 4 PM, Monday – Friday.

Want to browse our selection of brushes? Walk-ins are welcome, but please call ahead for availability.

COVID-19 UPDATE: We are temporarily not accepting walk-in customers. We apologize for any inconvenience. Will call is still available via curbside pickup. Please call ahead to schedule a pick-up time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal payments.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my order?

If you have any questions at all, you can get the fastest support through our Customer Service page. You can also email us at customerservice@thebrushguys.com or call us at (858) 201-3511.

What if a brush is out of stock?

Please feel free to email us at customerservice@thebrushguys.com or fill out our form to ask for recommendations on similar brushes.

We also provide updates when we restock.

Shipping and Returns

What kind of shipping do you offer?

Most of our orders will ship by the United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

We strive to ship every order either the same day we receive it or the next business day at the latest.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely!

We ship to Canada for a flat fee of $19 and all other countries for a $24.99 flat fee.

The Brush Guys are not responsible for any additional export or customs fees.

Do you offer free or reduced shipping for orders?

We do offer free shipping on orders over $60.

Is shipping the same for all your products?

Our shipping prices are based on just shipping brushes which are light and inexpensive to ship.

The other items we offer such as brush soap, sets, brush accessories, and palettes cost a bit more to ship so your shipping will be adjusted accordingly.

How do you handle returns?

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will do what we can do to make it right.

You can return any order for any reason within 30 days for a full refund.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
